All HR packages are subject to a consultancy agreement being signed between Tap HR and our clients. All online bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions, by purchasing a package with us online you consent to our terms and conditions. Video call support will be provided within working hours Monday- Friday 9.00am-6.00pm and Saturday 10am-12pm, excludes bank holidays.

  • How long do I have to sign up for a plan for?
    When you join one of our packages you sign up for an initial 12 months. You can cancel at any time by giving us 1 month's notice.
  • Is there a HR system included in my plan?
    If you sign up to our Ultimate package you'll get access to HR software provided by Breathe HR. If you decide that you don't want to keep your subscription with us but want to keep your HR software you can do so by staying a customer of Breathe HR.
  • Will I get through to a call centre when I need HR Advice?
    Nope, never. When signing up to our packages you'll have a dedicated HR Consultant. You can book their time online or within our App.
  • I'd like a bespoke solution, what should I do?
    Get in contact by emailing us at hithere@taphr.co.uk and we'll get in touch to chat through your needs.
  • Do you charge more to come on site when we need it?
    Nope, if you have our Ultimate package face-to-face visits are included, subject to the availability of our consultants.
